Twinline Motorcycles Seattle

Twinline is not your average motorcycle shop. It is a place where craft meets horsepower and wild schemes often become artistic realities. We are here to serve a community of anyone with the tenacity to dream of ingenuity and speed. We’re inspired by classic engineering, state of the art technology, and good old-fashioned wrenching. From the revival of the 1960’s Café culture to the unimagined sport bike of the future, Twinline embodies an adventurous culture of motors. and is home to an arsenal of world-class motorcycle artistry.

In the early hours of the day, the shop and the surrounding neighborhood are peaceful. Ian Halcott, owner, founder, machine worshiper walks into his shop and savors the quiet Zen before the day’s chatter. It’s a time, he knows, when everything is still and anything is possible.

The capacity of the 4,400sf shop is vastly qualified to handle anything from basic wrenching to custom rebuilds. The goal is to have the physical capacity to facilitate creativity and express art in the motorcycle community. Resources like fully rearrangeable workstations give Twinline the flexibility to achieve results in a methodic, individualized manner.

By midday the atmosphere in the shop is loud and busy. Though Twinline manages 40 concurrent projects, each bike is finished one at a time with quality and attention to detail at the forefront. The evening hours bring a an excited ebb to the day’s activity. After meticulous clean up, the well-stocked, customer-supplied beer fridge is opened and relaxing commences. It’s time for those who are passionate to get their dirty hands on a cold, well-deserved beer. Loud music required, burn-outs optional.

Twinline specializes in pressing the limits of these machines, turning them into full throttle works of art: Prototyping, Café racers, racers, vintage, modifications, fabrication, machining, engine builds, tuning and diagnostics and development

“We approach our street bikes with a vision in mind: lightweight, quick, predictable performance, a style that recognizes the racing history that bred these motorcycles.” – Ian Halcott, Owner
